Denise asked Dr. Oz why her husband’s feet smell so bad. Denis said that luckily her husband was working so Dr. Oz wouldn’t have to put on a hazmat suit to examine his feet.

Dr. Oz said that the best remedy for stinky smelly feet is to make a tea (like you would make the tea you drink), let it cool down, and soak your feet in it. The tannins in the tea shrink your pores and dry up your feet, and without the moisture, the bacteria can’t grow and your feet won’t smell bad!

Dr. Oz’s Cracked Heel Remedy with Petroleum Jelly Vaseline

Dr. Oz said that cracks in your heel usually form between the skin on your leg that has hair on it and the bottom of your foot where there isn’t hair. These cracks in your heel are caused by wearing shoes without backs or by walking around without shoes on. Calluses build up and the result is a cracked heel. Dr. Oz’s home remedy for cracked heels is to slather on petroleum jelly Vaseline or moisturizing lotion, put on some socks, and sleep that way overnight. This has saved my feet many times!

Dr. Oz: Vaginal Smell, Pheromones & Unscented Baby Wipes

What can women do about the scent in their vaginal area? A guest on Dr. Oz’s show asked what she can do about the smell of her vagina… she said her husband likes the smell, but she doesn’t find it appealing. Dr. Oz said that one of the roles of pubic hair is to trap the sexual pheromones (that vaginal “scent”) down there, which is why men (and her husband) are attracted to the vaginal scent.

Do NOT use perfume sprays or douches, because this can really mess up the pH balance in your genital region and cause all kind of vaginal infections. However, if the smell does bother you and you aren’t near a shower, you can use unscented baby wipes.

Over 40 million people in America have pin worms, they are more common than lice! Pin worms, a parasitic worm, are very tiny worms and sometimes very hard to spot. Pin worms are especially common with children. If your butt itches, or you see your child itching his or her butt, then you should do this quick check to see if there are pin worms.

Before going to bed, tape a piece of scotch tape across your child’s anus. When your child gets up in the morning, check the scotch tape for tiny pin worms.

Dr. Oz’s Hiccup Cure & Home Remedy – Drink Water Upside Down

How annoying are hiccups? Dr. Oz explained what causes hiccups and how you can get rid of them with these simple home remedies!

Hiccups are caused by the diaphragm (a muscle under your lungs) spasming, and that causes your lungs to create the sound of a hiccup. The epiglottis, which is a piece of skin behind your tongue that covers the windpipe, is what actually snaps shut to make the hiccup sound. Air in your stomach is what causes hiccups, so the following are the top most common hiccup triggers:

1. Eating too much (because you swallow air whenever you eat)
2. Carbonated beverages
3. Drinking too much alcohol

So how do you cure hiccups? Dr. Oz says that if you can store carbon dioxide, your diaphragm will be soothed and cure your hiccups. So you can try one of these two home remedies for hiccups:

1. Stand on one leg (either your right or left leg will work), hold your nose and jump up and down on that one leg.
2. Drink a glass of water upside down.

Dr. Oz Home Remedy: Jamaican Fever Reducer with White Rum & Lemon Juice

Dr. Oz had a segment on home remedies, and one of the remedies a lady swore by was making a recipe of white rum, lemon juice and water to reduce fevers and to get rid of a cold or flu. She said that you dip a cloth into the mixture of white rum, lemon juice and water and pat it all over your body (arms, legs, chest, back, forehead) and then lay the cloth across your face and breathe it in.

Dr. Oz says that he is a big fan of body rubs for fever, cold or flu… but not ones like this which contain alcohol, because the alcohol (rum in this case) makes your skin cool down too fast, so your inside temperature actually goes up. Instead, Dr. Oz suggests making a body rub with water that is 90-94 degrees.
