There were lots of different hair clips, bows, hairpins and other hair accessories at Martha Stewart’s Holiday Craft Sale. One vendor was Couture Clips, who I believe own this website: http://coutureclips.com/.  They had lots of cute little clips, but what I really liked were the big flowers on the hair rubber bands.  As you can see in the closeup of the photo that I took from the back, what they did was to glue a ribbon onto either side of the silk flower (placing the hair rubber band inside of the ribbon loop before closing the second side).  Not sure how long it would hold for, but next time I have an extra silk flower from another arts & crafts project, I am definitely going to try making one of these for myself!
